18.09.2010 Racing Day 2 – No Racing Today

After having a morning coffee and donuts and after heavy rain turned into light one the skiff and cat sailors sailed out at 11.45 and returned ashore at around 13.00 without having sailed not even one race (Bora wind was simply too gusty, too shifty and too strong). They were left with nothin else but to cover their boats and rush for a tasty Pasta with Truffels – see it for yourself.

According to the forecast RC decided to announce “No more racing today” and after having a short but intensive “training” and a nice lunch everybody is looking forward to tomorrow, when the skies should clear up.

Today’s afternoon is ideal for some repair work (like Christian did…with master Paul’s help 🙂) and shopping for some warm clothing in the nearby specialized sailing store SAILING POINT, who as a part of a sponsorship offered the competitors a nice discount.
